| I had similar problem. Since I read this complaint, it's hard to believe that technician actually came to my place, and enabled the cable. Acanac told me that they will send bell technician to check the line, but I had to pay $100, if the problem is on my end. However I had internet with Primus, and it was working fine. So I decided to cancel the activation.
Refund!!!!
Acanac told me they will they will refund the money right away. However they delayed 4 times! Now I have to wait another 10 days to get refund.
They refused to deal with the problem over the phone. It can only done by via email. Obviously it will take much longer. I've sent two email on Jan 24, and Jan 25. I haven't received any replies regarding to my message.
Stay away from this company.
ps. if you have any tech problem, and don't want to wait for an hour to get thru, just talk to sales, they work as tech as well. |

NO ONE steals your money. If procedures are followed you will get your refund back. It takes time for the credit card company to put it back on your credit card or if you are receiving a check it takes time to process it. Tickets are answered in order they come in and if you are not the first on the list your will be answered in order it came in. |

| I'm glad it was over. I intended to take legal action if it didn't go through. I will never deal with this company again and neither do my friends. |
