| Telehop 1-800 outage Today Jan-27-2012 I was unable to call any 1-800 numbers and I was told by the manager of Telehop that they would call me back once corrected. I noticed it today at 5:30PM eastern and I have not been called back yet. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? |

Today Feb-2-2012 my voice mail with Telehop defaulted back to it original setting including my PIN access to my voice mail. Telehop reported the outage is due to an upgrade. However the upgrade information they provided should of been complete on Jan-27-2012. Anyone experience the same issue?  |

Telehop is reporting that there Web portal will be unusable until March? No phone logs. Anyone have similar reports? |

They have corrected the voicemail issue. I am now waiting for the correction wf the Web portal access which is not functional as of March-5-2012. |

I should probably be thankful I turned the rather persistent agent down..
I had received their telemarketing just 3 days ago..
Though I guess Google Voice & Voip.ms & Skype combined should cover all communication methods for less? |

Telehop still has not corrected the web portal access for setting your VOIP parameters and viewing your call logs. Telehop provided me with this temporary link.

Re: Telehop 1-800 outage For 2 months now your service is crippled. Why are you still with that provider? Shopping around for better deals can't hurt. |
