Tried "World of Tanks" and couldn't get a DL speed >1 Kbps (getting about 700 bytes/s), yet if I go and do a speed test on testmy.net I'm able to get >150 Kbps.
Anyone else tried this and had success? Is Rogers screwing around with this too?
They are messing with everything, they have till noon on the 2nd to tell the cRTC how they are going to fix the problem.
