The whole article boils down to this:

Maybe this is why you see Xotic PC has a Lifetime Customer Service rating of 9.9 out of 10 while National Brands like DELL, Toshiba, HP, Gateway and Sony all have scores of less then 5.5 out of 10. So what they really mean is they claim to have fantastic tech support for other people's laptops they sell to you.
Bottom line? Be very wary of any vendor who claims to have a "hidden secret" they want to share with you, usually for your goodwill or business. -- If we lose this freedom of ours, history will record with the greatest astonishment, those who had the most to lose, did the least to prevent its happening. |
