Much to my surprise, there is no mention of the rate changes on the invoice/receipt... which IMO would be practically mandatory since people are legally expected to check their invoices/receipts when they pay for something, which makes it nearly impossible to feign ignorance. Ya, it's also the same for me. Got the invoices and receipts, network maintenance, but nothing about price changes. |
