pfsense QOS - howto?

Click for full size
QOS
Attached is the QOS section of my pfsense box.
As per instructions the qwanRoot is my wan d-load speed, and qlanRoot is the wan upload speed.
The setup works well, as voip always has enough bandwidth, calls are great. That is the priority.
My issue comes when I have to ul/dl files to/from the dmz and lan. The speeds are capped at 10mb, even though the network is a Gb network.
I find I have to go in to the QOS settings, temporarily set the qwanRoot to Gb, do the transfer, then reset back to the settings above, to ensure that voip will not be hindered.
Is there a way to create an extra rule allowing for traffic flowing to/from lan/dmz to be at 1Gb?

Have you tried over on the pfsense forum yet? I think your chances of getting quick and expert help will be better there.
