You can post your inquiry at the TWC Direct to Tech Forum under the Customer Service Category as well as any other details of your problem here. They might be able to help, perhaps give you a "higher up" number to call.

If you need immediate assistance, call TWC and ask to be transferred to the Customer Retentions Department and explain your issue to them. Both of these options should put you in contact with more experienced people.

A reminder that the OP MUST address the specific issue that she is having when communicating with higher up contact. Just saying that "regular CS lines/reps suck" will not address or solve the issue. Thanks Hobs.
