| [Security] Changing hostname in DHCP Client List - WRT54GX4 I noticed that my broadband connection was running slow, so I logged onto my older WRT54GX4 router (firmware 1.00.20) and looked at the DHCP Client Table to see what was connected to the router. There was one entry that I did not recognize - it had a hostname that was a 5 digit number. The hostname was changing every second - counting down. This doesn't look right.
I did a manual DHCP Release and Renew, and that hostname has not reappeared yet. Any ideas what this might be? |
