htaccess rewrite rule

We had a server crash and I needed to redo somethings, but one of the items I have not fixed is a custom rewrite for a page.

I don't know much about how to make this work. It was programmed by some else. The page gets landed on by

www.hotcouponworld.com/userlists/mark/have

It is supposed to return the page

Below is the htaccess code I thought worked but does not.

I get a page not found error.

RewriteEngine on

#RewriteRule ^/?$ http://www.hotcouponworld.com/userlists [R=302,L]

#RewriteRule ^ http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/userlist.php
RewriteRule ^$ http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/userlist.php
RewriteRule ^([^/]+)$ http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/userlist.php?membername=$1
RewriteRule ^([^/]+)/([^/]+)$ http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/userlist.php?membername=$1&listtype=$2

I hate to admit it, but I forgot to restart apache. I did and was solved.

Thanks for the post back.
