EU approval after OK by 22 countries is a formality. But that won't be until June. And all the protests by then will be forgotten.
Unless the protests are still underway; due to Anonymous keeping attention on the issue.
If Anonymous had the wealth + political clout that brought ACTA into being, they'd also be able to purchase laws that would support their activities. -- Adopting other people's animosity is The New Stupid.
So how is ACTA different from SOPA? is it worse? Makes me wonder if it gets attention from Jon Stewart.
My biggest concern is its reference toward medicine. It will make it more difficult for people with no insurance, crappy insurance (i.e. ones that cover only generic), college broken students and seniors to get access to affordable prescriptions.
