On the emachine I have I removed the front panel . The three plug got unplugged . I do not remember which plug they go on . one is for the power switch it has a green wire & a white wire . the other two go to led lights one has a black wire & white wire . The last one has a red wire & white wire . Any help on where they plug into would be nice . It is an emachines T6216 with AMD Athlon 64 .
From what I could find the T6216 has a MS-7027 motherboard, from MSI's website this is the pinout. -- Moe, I need your advice See I've got this friend named Joey Joe-Joe... Junior... Shabadoo..
reply to redxii The jumpers shown are common for 95% of the systems out there
Power LED & Power Switch among the top row. HDD LED and reset switch among the bottom row followed by an extra pin.
It's actually semi-easy to remember. Power (LED) & Power (switch) go together (same row) and the power switch is more important than the reset switch thus its on top.
easy for me at least.
I have only seen a very small handful of boards that had a different wiring scheme.
