| Walker County Texas DSL question. Tech said it is here but.. I live in Walker County, Texas on FM 980. Graduate student and college student in house with no internet. Technician came out and said they have put up DSL box across street and that everything is ready to go. To quote the technician he said the people at the ATT office can not figure out the software to put in the addresses for service. He said there is no reason DSL could not be up in a day but the office needs to imput the adresses first. The thing is that the new boxes were put in over a year ago, and are just sitting there not being used.
What do I do? Who do I call or visit? |

In the interim, if you have the extra money, you might look at getting a cellular based broadband service. That is if you are within a cellular broadband based coverage area. |
