We returned it and asked for the new Cisco DCP3825... what a pos
Could not connect with there silly usb stick...
I eventually found the advanced mode and was able to login and customize some behaviour.
I was surprised there was a - guest u protected access point.
while testing the internet connection I was continually redirected to the rogers webportal when I would directly enter google.ca or »google.ca/
after frustrastion with other quirks with the device, I switched it to bridge mode and connected a linksys wrt54gl. I statically set the dns to opendns. the problem still exist.
everything works fine in chrome, ie9 redirects. if the redirect was to an advertising site or something else wonky I'd say it was malware, but it consistently sends me to rogers.com ???
anyone else seen this. |
