Used to always get around 10Mbps down. Last week getting only around 7 or 8Mbps. Sometimes as low as 6 Mbps. This slow down has been consistant for 5 or 6 days now and appears to be permanent. Actual file download used to be 1.15 megs per second with Getright download manager. Now only around 900 kbps or less. Please look into this.
