GearheadX join:2010-05-11 Hilliard, FL	[Troubles] Poor DL Speeds Nassau County, FL Not exactly certain when it started, but I certainly noticed it this evening when I got home. Supposed to be 3MB... Line Quality tests are showing a 10-15% packet loss that starts 3 hops out from my modem.

skynyrd01 join:2012-02-06 Callahan, FL	The problem started 4 Jan of this year and I was told that it wouldn't be fixed until 28 March. That is a slow response time to fix a problem. I work for Verizon and I would be fired for service like that.

Windstream Premium,VIP join:2009-03-31 Twinsburg, OH kudos:28	To be fair it does seem like a slow response time, but when you take into account the fact that new line often times needs run at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars, new DSLAMs that often can cost tens of thousands of dollars as well. It looks to me there just dragging their feet on getting the problems solved. Since the PSC doesn't regulate DSL services y'all have us by the short hairs. Don't worry I'll be the squeaky wheel until it get's fixed!
