[VOD] New TiVo - VOD freezing - VA

Hi there.
I had RCN HD box for 2 weeks and everything worked great. Upgraded to TiVo and first box didn't work (they suspect cable card was bad). Second TiVo box works perfectly (cable, internet, iPhone connection, etc) except VOD. VOD starts up, I can pick a program, the program starts and then freezes - yet TiVo isn't frozen, just VOD.
I have called support a total of 6 times between the 2 boxes and no resolution. There are some similar posts here but no posted resolutions.
Thoughts? A fix?

Hey Dave,

Maybe you should try to Restart/Reset System the TIVO BOX and then Connect to the TIVO Service NOW. Also test your Internet Connection in the TIVO BOX

Press The TIVO Button on your remote Then Scroll down to Setting&messages then click help then press Restart/Reset System the TIVO BOX then press restart the tivo box then press thumbs down 3 times. After everything is done you should try connect to the TIVO Service now. Just go to settings then network
and phone then Connect to the TIVO Service.

Maybe you Should PM RCNMAN if this fails

Thanks for the reply.
The techs on the phone have had me try every combination of restart/reset. Power cycle TiVo, restart TiVo and connect to service, sending reset signal, power cycle modem, reset signal to modem - so far nothing.
I am able to watch YouTube videos and the iPhone apps work too so I know we are connected to the Internet and the local network is fine too.

Not trying to sound like a know it all, but I definitely tried all the "easy" steps before posting.
