1.)What, specifically, is your issue? Slower speeds recently on Turbo 14 plan. Anyone else seen similar issues?
2.)How long has this issue been going on? No more then 10 days
3.)Is there a specific time of day that this issue is most prevalent? No, I've tested various times of the day.
4.)If this is related to internet connectivity All my computers are getting same results, Plugged directly into the router to rule out wireless. Notice a lot of lag recently while Gaming.
5.)Have you contacted customer support about this problem? If so, what did they say? Not yet.
6.)What troubleshooting steps have you taken to resolve this problem? Ran several speed tests from various sources. Reset Modem and Router, tried different PC's.
These are speed I got on Jan. 29 to early Jan. 30 and previously this week I also had problems with my internet. I was told there was work being done in Sarnia in the automated message on the phone one day but then the next time I called in I was told no work has been done here in over a month. I guess upgrades were done. Anyway I am not getting stable speeds and they are currently nowhere near 14 Mbps and it is making my simple browsing experience horrible. I have had pages load up so slow that I get frustrated and just close them down.
It feels like the days of dialup right now at times !
