 | Timewarner triple play The last 1 -1/2 years have been a nightmare with timewarner. Cable freezes, Internet disconnects and the worse is the phone issues. Over 20 calls a day for the person who previously had the number. Collection agencies calling over and over and time Warner's solution to the problem was, that I had to pay 100.00 dollars to change the number they gave me. I argued that I didn't cause this issue that it was their responsibility. I told them that I may cancel my account and their answer was, okay do u want to close it now?. Incredibly rude, so I am cancelling my account and never dealing with them again. |
