How to view data usage on comcast HSI

HSI Usage

Can someone answer me this because I have called Comcast and asked this question. When I log in to my account where am I able to see the data usage, Comcast customer service told me its on my manage user accounts page but I don't see it and their answer is well maybe you don't have it in your area yet? Are they telling me to look in the wrong area?

I did this and there is no "High-Speed Internet Data Usage" to the right it must not be implemented yet in my area " Arvada, Colorado" or not implemented on my account though back a couple years ago I received an email from them telling me I could see this on my account but when I called them on and off over the last two years they just said they had no idea why I can't see it on my account and had no answer.

You could post in the "Direct Forum" to look in to it further.

In the meantime, you could try calling in and asking a phone rep to do a roll and re-provision (APT push) of your modem. Are you logging in as the "Primary" account holder ?

In colorado springs, the usage meter is generally their with data for my account. However it does seem to disappear on occasion (perhaps billing cut off)

Definitely call in.  The roll/re-provision may do it in some cases.  Not all.  If it doesn't a trouble ticket'll be put in for you.  Got a lovely person with that today.

Lady calls, "I can't see my usage meter.  I'm reading on a website to tell you to roll and re-provision my modem."

Me, "That's a good idea ma'am but that doesn't always work.  Here we go."

Her, after it was unsuccessful and I was explaining the escalated trouble ticket process, "Maybe I'll call back and have someone who knows what they fuck they're doing fix it for me!"

Thank you for that vote of confidence lady.
