New U-Verse service.

I switched from ATT DSL to 12Mbps U-Verse last week. I'm getting the rated 11.4Mbps, but I seem to have lots of drop outs.

I'm no expert, but these stats don't look too good. Your opinions please.

I would post this in the direct forums if you keep having issues. 7 link retrains in 37 minutes is too much. Plus alot of uncorrected blocks. Have you re-booted the modem lately?

Yes I did reset/reboot the modem. The problem comes and goes with long periods between dropouts and short periods after a dropout. It's annoying more than anything. I had DSL for years and never saw numbers like this. I'll take it up the line if it doesn't improve.
