HELP!! So far this year I've had my 3710HGV-B replaced twice & had two other service visits beacuse of slow speeds which turned out to be the wiring in the basement of my apt building "messed up" which the tech claimed the regular AT&T phone techs switched around the two pair on my wiring block which messed up my speeds. What gives with all this??
Sorry about that I'm getting my #'s all mixed up. It's a 2 Wire 2701-HGV-B gateway. I wound up having to get another tech out here this week and they had to use the last 2 pair of wires that were still intact in my phone wiring from the basement of the apt bldg (to my apt) & as well removed the 2710 & replaced it with a Motorola NVG510!!
