They bought out Rhino Communications here in Northeast Texas and abruptly ruined it....Here's was the latest complaint I filed with their company: I would normally find it almost comical how bad the service of your company is, if I wasn't so disgusted with having to pay for it. Not only have I been disappointed with the overall performance of your 'PRIMARY PRODUCT' for the last month, but in your invisible customer service as well! As an example, I was attempting a complaint message the other night and the website TIMED OUT ON ME while I was submitting it! Please don't have me check my own equipment again because, I'm a network engineer with General Dynamics. I understand how it works. I've run enough tests on the connection to know where the issues lie. However, even with this knowledge of your sub-par product, it's the utter disdain I receive from your so-called support team that amazes me the most. I have been ignored in more ways than I can count. Emails disappear in the ether and voicemails fall on deaf ears....in a word....criminal... |
