 | [Extreme Plus] Has Rogers started throttling Usenet binary downl I've got Extreme Plus, and I've been consistently getting 7000KB/s for many months for Usenet downloads. Past few weeks, I've been struggling to hit 2000KB/s.
Any idea if they've started throttling these transfers? |

I don't think you'll ever see Usenet throttled, especially if it's encrypted. |

 | Shit. Something going on with their Aurora network then. Until now, we've had 100Mb service and I've been actually getting that much usable bandwidth. All my friends in Aurora have noticed the same thing in the past couple weeks. |
