| Losing connection I have had verizon dsl for the past year, EVERY single night since i have gotten the dsl, i have lost connection at 8:22pm. I am wondering if you guys have any suggestions, i've had techs at my house and they say they cant find a problem. They make me feel like im crazy, when it goes out, the dsl light stays on but the internet light goes out. Here is my transceiver stats at around 9:40pm. But here lately i've been losing it randomly on top of the 8:23... in the past week i've lost connection maybe 30 times and it wont come back, i have to reboot the modem...sometimes i have to reboot it twice. I am so lost i have no clue what else to do, im about to just cancel my internet....Which sucks because verizon dsl is the only internet i can get at my house...If anyone has any suggestions please dont hesitate, im willing to try anything. Thank you

| Just went out on me again, wouldnt reconnect by the user interface (192.168.1.1) had to manually reboot it again

Do you have a
westell 7500 Modem?
Try to connect it to the main box that comes in.
If one does it right it will disconnect all the inside wiring and only the DSL modem will be connected.
See if it still disconnects.

I have a westell 7500 -a90 or something along those lines, Do you mean have a line ran for only dsl? i already have it set up that way, only one of my lines in my house is a dsl only line, none of my other jacks have the dsl signal |

I feel like its my modem, because it when the internet light drops, 192.168.1.1 wont come up either, even though im connected to the router...it wont go to 192.168.1.1 on either wired or wireless. Should i call and get a replacement one sent to me? Will they replace it with a different modem/router? This is my second westell 7500... |

This is how it acts every night at 8.23 and when every it drops during the day....between 5 and 10 times depending if im lucky or not |
