We did have a lot of problems with it (and still have) when my girlfriend's laptop crashed.
She have problems getting back some of the musics she already bought. On the Apple website we did found a few ways to get the stuff back, but some songs/albums are still missing.
Also, when she download apps on the iPhone and try to synchronize with iTunes, the stupid iTunes will erase the apps that is not in its database. Because of that, she have to make sure, -every time- to backup her apps before starting the syncrhonization process... |
