Re: [BC] Shaw techs overloaded? Why would you even be looking at the rating numbers? The content of the comments is far more important and all have one thing in common; lack of customer support; long wait times.
The issue has been brought in other forums as well. It is very clear to me and to others that Shaw has been cutting corners for some time.
The OP made the correct move to cancel if he is not satisfied with the service. Then came a certain blatant troll came aboard to spill FUD. |
