I live in an apartment with FIOS TV and Internet. I am moving to an area that I have heard does not have FIOS. I think I still have a contract agreement of some sort. I wanted to keep my service but if they don't have it available, what kind of penalties will I get? |

That's a safe indication there's no ETF for you.
It used to be there was no ETF invoked if you moved to an area without FiOS, but TOS language makes it possible. |
