This company is a criminal organization. They STEAL your money.
NO ONE steals your money. If procedures are followed you will get your refund back. It takes time for the credit card company to put it back on your credit card or if you are receiving a check it takes time to process it. Tickets are answered in order they come in and if you are not the first on the list your will be answered in order it came in.
I guess we did not steal your money as you said then Sorry you had such problems but as we said if protocol is followed the refunds do come back to you.
