Thanks. As suggested above by frank martin, switch to the premium version. If you wanna a free Windows version of an IP PBX system that supports call recording, then perhaps try FreeSWITCH. This wiki (Misc. Dialplan Tools record session) will show you how to configure your FreeSWITCH system to support call recordings.

Yep, will probably go for a commercial version of 3CX shortly. In the meantime, I am trying out CallN, looks good so far. |
