| [Speed] Slow/erratic speed in Boston I've been noticing that my download speed is very erratic and seldom reaches 20/2 speeds. Last night around 10pm it was hovering around 2Mbps.
Also, when power cycling my modem, an SB5120, it takes 10 minutes or longer to reconnect. The modem log shows that it's got lots of ranging errors and cycles through the channels.
Contacting support revealed no issues, signal levels are within spec, and connecting to the modem directly rather than through wifi has no effect on the speed. Please help! Thanks.
