Need appointment handling software

Hey guys. After years of being disabiled on unable to work, I am now working with a multitude of agencies on re employment and schooling. So far I am working with about 10 different people and have so many appointments to keep it is hard to keep them straight in my dumb brain.

I need some sort of appointment scheduling/tracking software that will let me print out and also copy and email to appointments.

Do any of you have suggestions, please?

I use Google Calendar to keep track of everything as I consider to be always with me either on my phone or any Internet connected computer. I've never printed from it, though.

Yeah, I tried google calender, I don't like it because I can't print out from it that I can see. OTOH, it is stored online so if my system flakes, I am still ok, but I'd rather have something on my system.

To the right of "Agenda" on the top, there is a "More" drop-down. There you will find the Print Option. You can print multiple ways, depending on how you have the View defined.

Have you tried pairing it up with a local calendar program like Outlook or Thunderbird (with Lightning)? One of the beauties of Google Calendar is its ability to sync across devices and programs if using the straight web interface isn't your cup of tea.

I'm a web interface only type of guy so I can't really tell you much other than giving you the link for the plugin: »www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/lightning/

Ok, installed Thunderbird and Lighting plug in, but can't find settings to capture my existing appointments on google calender. In fact, I don't see how to integrate with google calender.

See if this helps any: »wiki.mozilla.org/Calendar:Using_···alendars

I had assumed that integration "just worked" out of the box although it still looks fairly simple to do.

I don't use Google Calendar but I do use TB/Lightning. Can Google Calendar export events as .ics files? If so, then export your appointments, etc. Save them somewhere on your PC, then you can import them into Lightning.
