Where do you find subscription details now

Wanted to check the expiration date on a couple of MJs that I have but can no longer find anywhere in my account details that shows that.
Anybody have any hints as to where I might find them.

It's an intriguing login screen at my.magicjack.com now, looks like an effort at making hard to login. Once you select the userid field it sort of disappears and some kind of flashing dropdown appears and no typed keys are visible. Finally worked out that the type keys are actually there but you can see them until you go to the password field. Thought it was my browser but got the same effect on a couple of other machines too.

I guess they messed around with registered 2nd phone details as part of the latest advertising makeover of MJ splash. Went to use my home phone for an international call (registered 2nd phone for many months) and was told I had no credit. Had plenty of credit so used a regular phone attached to the dongle instead. Had wanted to change the reg phone to my cell phone anyway so when I finally found out how to get into my account went to the reg phone entry and found it blank so just entered my cell phone number. The access number they sent in response is the same as for a regular land line.

I just checked my "mymagicjack" page and everything is still the same way it has been for a long time. Sounds like something else may be going on.

So how do I get to the details of subscriptions and end dates?

If you can log into your mymagicjack account, the first page has 5 tabs about 1/4 of the way down. Shop...subscriptions...my numbers... Click on the subscriptions tab. Inside that on the right is a pull down menu listing your subscriptions. Click on the one you want, then click on the details tab in the renewal section.

Yes, that's where I expected to find the details too.
I select the my Subscriptions tab and get all on the left
Your magicJack™' subscription name is xxxxxxxxx

Nowhere is there any drop down on the right and selecting any of the other buttons does not show anything, just allows you to add or change details.

A couple of weeks back when the 5 year offer was on the MJ splash I checked the one of the accounts and it told me I had just over 2 years to run on the existing 5 year subscription. All that stuff seems to have disappeared.

I guess the pull down menu on the right would only be there if you have multiple subscriptions to choose from. I have 3, 2 of which I would like to delete but can't, an old expired device and a magicTalk subscription.

In any event, my renewal section looks like this:

RENEWAL
To Activate Auto-Renew or Extend Your License........ Details

With the "Details" (no dots) at the end being a tab that when clicked on shows me my expiration date and renewal options.

If yours "Details" in the "Renewal" section doesn't have a tab to click on with the details inside, I'm out of suggestions.

I always count my senior moments ... but for some reason the total count is always "1".

For the record, I'm only admitting to having senior moments, not to actually being one. On that, I plead the 5th.
