1 edit | Knology getting worse The service keeps getting worse. Currently it will not upload AT ALL.
The service tech took 30 minutes scheduling an appointment for "Monday" between 8-10, then as I was hanging up he said they will be there on Monday and I said then we will see him tomorrow - He then said, Oh he won't be there until Tuesday!!!!! What terrible Customer Service... |

| An update: Still going down hill. In responding and replacing a failed Cable Modem, they deleted all my email accounts, deleted all the online storage and address books, and started bouncing mail -two days after the cable modem swap. (Everything had worked fine 1 day after the swap.)
Then, upon reactivating the email accounts, proceeded to bill me for excess email accounts????? It has been four months of failed equipment, poor network and cable performance, and incorrect billings??.  |
