| Need to know where to go to get Windstream's router configur I'm trying to help a family member. I do this myself on my router, but I don't think Windstream allows it for their network.
I need a specific static address on the LAN side of the router (for a printer) set aside that is outside the DHCP range. As the consumer do I have access? If not whom do I call? My family member called in for support but was told there would be a charge and I'm thinking that the support person thought a static IP address on the WAN side was what they really were thinking of. |

 | So windstream doesn't lock the router down? What are the default admin name and password? Is the consumer allowed to change anything in the router? |
