Is Filepost blocking US/CDN IP's?

I've come across some mention that Filepost is blocking US IP addresses. Any links I follow lately for Filepost result in "folder is empty" messages. I've tried using various high-anonymity proxies located in various countries, but I get the same message.

I test the proxy I'm using with »ip.my-proxy.com/ so I know my real IP isin't making it through to Filepost. I don't use proxies that often, so I don't know if there are any proxies that 100% hide the fact that they are "proxifying" me or not, so I can't be sure that filepost is blocking me because it knows I'm using a proxy (even if it doesn't know my real IP).

Or maybe the folders really are empty (but I doubt it - they're freshly posted).

This is what i get now for files that were all there and still are probably on their servers.

File not found

Sure it's working only no files are there to download anymore. So how can it be working if nothing is there to download? Fortunately i didn't have a paid account with the f*ckers.
