Same here. Thanks Nick, but I'll wait for it on the FF site vs a 3rd party link

Gives the developers a chance to iron out bugs before others distribute pre-releases that might be pulled

Yes, thanks for the note Nick.

Now I just have to wait for the folks who work on the Waterfox project to re-compile the code and release Waterfox 10.0.

Same here. That had to be the first time since this entire "express development path" nonsense that I had an upgrade go that smoothly and without pain to my installed extensions.

Here's to all future version upgrades going so painlessly.

Not sure why but it seems like they changed how bookmarks are laid out via the bookmarks button that you can put on the toolbar vs the Bookmarks Menu item which is how I liked it and is the same as previously. Is there any good reason for this?

Thx, got it through internal updater. No issues.

Latest versions of ABP, NoScript and the Imgur extension survived the upgrade intact.

After reading this thread, I clicked Help and found that FF 10 was downloading at that time. Now installed and no problems so far.

Got it through the updater but one oddity is that the forward button still shows when there's nothing to go forward to. I thought that was something that was changed in this release.

As far as I know, Firefox is still only 32 bit.

If you want 64 bit, you can use Waterfox! I've been using it now for about a month, and its great.

This thread will give you more info
»[Mozilla] WaterFox

And the main page is here
»waterfoxproj.sourceforge.net/

Uncheck your toolbar customization for "use small icons".
