So ~roughly the same amount of data as the old plan. If the pricing stays around that, $5 increase, plus $10 lease fee, so $15 more per month. And again, not including the $150 upgrade fee as well as the new contract. Is the $15 increase in price better than the $26 increase in price without this proposed plan? Yes. Is it anything to write home about? No. Having to pay out as much as a person would have to up front, plus the high increase in monthly fee, in order to not be able to do anything more than now, to basically be at the same level, is not worth upgrading. Unless they do something like offer a 15GB cap at that price, or offer a free download period every night (or something), I see absolutely no reason to "upgrade". Lowering the caps with the pricing structure they are using is like a slap in the face..., an insult to us customers. Having been a customer for 6 years, living under the cap the entire time, budgeting every single thing a person downloads, updates, whatever, I was thinking when an upgrade was announced, it would be an actual upgrade, which this is not.
