Stoli please PM me your modem MAC and IP address. Completely throw out the pingtest and jitter tests by STN...worthless. Who is your VOIP provider and where do you connect. I also want you to run the following VOIP test and lets see how you rate...PM back the SID you used for the test please.

Phone provider is ATT. These are ESI IP phones connecting in Orlando from remote location. Service checked ok in remote site.
