Comments to QoS settings on the RV042?

Hi, I have set this QoS configuration for the PAP2T (192.168.1.106) on Linksys RV042 with 2 separate and equal MB up/down Internet connections from same cable provider connected to each WAN port. In addition, I have set LAN Port 3 (PAP2T connected) to 'High' priority (all other ports are set to 'Normal'), the PAP2T not in DMZ and no port forwarding. Any comments? Could the configuration be done different in order to ensure reliability/quality. Thanks.
