Grrr.. again?!




Out of nowhere and it's been happening all day! I talked to Hadji on the CS line and after I told him my numbers on that screen shot he immediately said there was a latency outage. Wtf... srsly?! Damn level 1 CS is so stupid! He also told me to call the district office of Windstream.. lol.. he gave me the number and guess what it was? Back to the CS support line! Nice run around you asshole... I'm going to take a picture tomorrow morning on my way to work to let everyone on this forum see how shitty Windstream is out here. Just take a look at the phone box that supplies this area.. Once I get into work I'll post the pic. lol.. terrible! horrible! You people should be ashamed of yourselves Windstream!

Dropped about 6 times today 2-4-12. We cannot have a solid week anymore of DSL service. I hate Windstream to the full extent! Calling, contacting the CEO, and posting on these forums do absolutely nothing when you stupid people cannot fix the problems.

Just sent another email to Jeff Gardner... if he hasn't closed out his Windstream email yet. I will be sending another email to the BBB and showing them these photos. If there is some legal stuff we can do to get this service up to par then we will.

How does this company get away with the scam that it's running? I'm still waiting on a response of if the ETA of repairs for my area is still this month. I've been told 3 times that they are...each time that month comes around, they get pushed back. I highly doubt any repairs are even planned.

I dread weekends because everyone is usually home... making service next to unbearable. earlier, it took me an hour to fully buffer a video of only 1:32 seconds. AN HOUR.

I appreciate the feedback of Windstream-support here and crediting my account for a few months now, but really I hope this company gets what it deserves. I'd rather have working service over free service at this point.

Those pictures of yours, that box has been like that for months and not repaired? Wow. What is with Windstream. Are they trying to lose customer support or what?

There's also a "latency outage" in my area. I wonder what Windstream's definition of that is lol they seem to throw it around an awful lot.

Well that 192ms started out at 650 with 400ms of jitter... right near the end of the test it hovered around 200. I've had no contact back from Jeff Gardner or from Windstream in retaliation from my BBB complaint. They do however have 30 days...
