ali gil posted : Hey guys I'm on teksavvy's 25/7 dsl platform and have been experiencing throttle issues. Coming over from primus who doesn't throttle(if you're lucky enought to be on their own equipment) has been a little rough. I know bell throttles between 4pm-2am, but I'd be interested in seeing some of your resluts. Glasnost is a site that determines if your being throttled. You can test a multitude of different transfer methods from bittorrent to emule to http. The service from teksavvy has been great so far, but I'm really looking forward to to that March 1st date where bell claims they will officially stop throttling Here's the link
»broadband.mpi-sws.org/transparen···test.php
