| Any experience with Lennar Homes? Considering purchasing a new build by Lennar homes in the Sacramento area and wanted to get some feedback. I seem to be reading a lot of mixed reviews, but they are mostly in different states.
So far the sales lady has been very professional, kind, and has answered any and all questions in a very professional manner.
If you've had experience with them, how was it? How is the quality of the home? Any pitfalls or caveats? |

Novato, CA | Only one I have is why not buy a used several year old home?
There are tons in that area for very little money in established neighborhoods.
Just my thoughts. Google reveals some upset buyers, but then again new homes typically have issues. |
