The Bright House Direct Forum is NOT meant to replace this forum but to add an additional layer of support for our members for specific issues related to requesting one on one tech support.
This Bright House Direct Forum is a PRIVATE area for member-to-tech communication. BBR members with full read and post access may use the forum. ONLY approved Bright House techs are allowed access to this forum and will work to solve customer issues to the best of their ability.
NOTE: You may post 24 hours 7 days a week. Mon-Fri - 8:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. Sat-Sun & Holidays Same day no hour max.
