Edmonton, AB | Telus Actiontec V1000H .55 Max Download Slow down I currently have the 25MB plan (Non Optic) and noticed my download speeds have dropped. I was getting close to 25MB (3MB\s) for over a year and it would never drop when maxed out. Around the time the .55 firmware came out, thats when I noticed my max speed drop by around 10%-15%. On the Connection status page in the modem I see that the Downstream is set to 22999kbps. Would this have anything to do with my slowe maxed out downloads? Is there any way to set this? Any info would be great! |

| Try calling in. The speed will not have anything to do with the new firmware. It should be something fairly easy to correct. |
