I love to see companies communicating with the customer and letting them know what is going on. There is nothing more frustrating than being left in the dark. It sucks that you 7000 users haft to wait, but if it was me I would at least be glad to know it was coming eventually.

| Go here »www.datastormusers.com/hnFAPAlert.cfm and download that app and install it and tell it what modem you have and then you will have a little green box on your task bar that give you a real time number of MB left on your allowance. The app can also be set to alert you when your limit is getting low and can even be set to shut your connection off to stop you from going over if you want it too. Dbirdman on here wrote it.

once you get the rollover, your plan allowance will be listed as 950mb (475 *2) on the download allowance page |

For tokens, go here »customercare.myhughesnet.com/ and under self help click on restore tokens and follow the instructions to get you to that page and you can see how many tokens you have in there.

| When I go to my Download Allowance Status page it shows my plan allowance of 250,but when I go to my restore tokens page it shows I have 2 free tokens,why doesn't my Download Allowance Status page show it? |

1 edit | I see it all now, however, I still have 475MB and only 1 complimentary token which is greyed out because I don't need it.
I installed the hnFAP alert app, it worked right after I installed it, but now it's not showing up in the tray, although Task Manager says it's running. I may uninstall and try again.edit: I logged off and logged on and it's back, typical XP issue. |

| Find HNfapalert in start, all programs and then click the program like you are going to open it only instaed of opening, it should put the meter back on the tray.

Read the "Allowance remaining in Mbytes" that is your remaining Megs. |

Because its Not feature to see your token bank on the Usage Page of your Modem.You need to log in to use them. |
