Business Internet Fiber Providers in Mississauga, Ont

Does any know of list of providers or names of providers that offer service in the area?

We are currently with Blink (now owned and operated by Rogers).

We'll be moving our office in a few months and want to investigate alternative options.

Most of the indie ISPs like Caneris or TekSavvy can offer fibre, although they typically use a Bell LAN extension as the base, and deliver transit on top of that. They may be able to use other fibre suppliers, though.

EDIT: Also, you could try direct from the suppliers, like MTS Allstream?

What sort of speeds are you looking for?

We have a 20 meg connection now. Unless prices have dropped dramatically recently I think we would keep our current speed.

For a business you should really invest in faster speeds.

Makes everything more efficient. I'd say 100mbps.

Can we get an address, or major intersection?

Many companies serve parts of Mississauga - Bell, TELUS, Rogers (directly, or as Atria - who you're likely with now, being a former Blink client), MTSA, Hydro One Telecom, etc...

Also, what sort of construction and monthly charges are you considering?

Please send me your address (including postal code) offline and we can quote. We work with various carriers that have fiber in Mississauga. Thanks.

Normally I'd agree, but our 95th percentile is under 2Meg this year.

I'd be interested in getting some #'s too. I'm on 30 meg fibre with Telus. Near Derry/Hurontario. Always looking for a better deal However if you are selling Cogeco services, I don't want to hear from you.

Try IASL. They do both wireless and fibre depending on the area.
