Shaw has said Powerboost is not offered on the newer plans. I'm not sure if there are any other differences, but there's one...(? - it's still shown on the "about internet" page)

edit: LOL. One higher up employee tried to claim that Shaw didn't have the ABILITY to notify applicable customers of theirs that the better service was available.

They tried to say each individual account would have to be identified manually and hand picked out to be contacted about HS10.

I couldn't believe they don't have the computer and database systems to do something this simple.

Especially when evidence shows they can and already DO mail bundle promos selling ADDITIONAL services to standalone subscribers. Apparently the system does identify specific customer types and mails them appropriate notices.

Give me a break Shaw.
