I think access to the modems logs are blocked in the NYC market if I am not mistaken.

I haven't been able to login to my modem since I upgraded.
Also in NYC.

I have signature service in my home in queens and they allow you access to the modem. I have 30/5 on my home in manhatten and they dont allow you access at all, once their script loads you cant get through the login ip.

I think they do something different with wideband 30. when I had wideband 50 I was able to get access to the diagnostic page. What really puzzled me today was that the folks in level don't know what is the password either.

I hope someone from time warner can clarify the issue, on other tiers and even on wideband 50 you can get diagnostics page but on wideband 30 you can't? doesn't make sense

Yeah. Was on the phone with them for quite some time last night. They keep insisting the password is from the vendor of the modem and that TWC has nothing to do with it. I was also having upload speed issues so I switched back to a TWC issued modem.

Have you all tried the defaults of user for the username and user for the password?
