Hi, I am running 3CX on my server in the UK and have my ATA connected to my UK server from South America. The latency from South America to my UK server is 180-185ms and the latency to sip.de.anveo.com from my UK server is 8-10ms. For best outgoing call quality would you recommend I connect 3CX to sip.de.anveo.com or sip.anveo.com (my ATA latency to sip.anveo.com is 80-90ms)?

I think you would be the ultimate judge of "call quality" and as such, wouldn't it be a simply test to try both POP and see which one is acceptable/best? I fail to see why this merits a "new" thread on this forum....just try and see...no? I must hasten to say, I look forward to one of your new thread every other day
reply to pacpac I suggest you register your ATA with sip.anveo.com, the US POP. Otherwise your calls to/from America would travel over the Atlantic twice, and that would of course cause more latency.
