 | [CenturyTel] trying to cancel, call a "dedicated" line I cancelled my internet/phone and switched to cable. after a month we got an internet only bill (lolwut) and so i called, they wont let me do anything cuz im not the account holder (even tho i verified my identity), so he gave me a number to call later. that number was 866-270-7498. i've been on hold (cheesy hold music playing) since i called 15 minutes ago. whats going on? why wont they answer? did they close and not put a corresponding message on the phone line? wtf. JUST LET ME GET RID OF YOU! |
